What you need to know

  • Holders of the Museumcard or iAmsterdam Card don’t need to buy an e-ticket or make a reservation. The card must be scanned at the reception desk of the museum.
  • We accept both printed and digital tickets.
  • E-tickets cannot be exchanged and are not refundable after purchase.
  • E-tickets are valid for six months.
